Volleyball Recap: Walpole Comes Up Short

After flying high against Framingham on Tuesday, Walpole came back down to earth. The Timberwolves lost 3-0 to the Bishop Feehan Shamrocks on Wednesday. The Timberwolves haven't had much luck with the Shamrocks recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-15, 25-11.

Bishop Feehan found their leader in sophomore Keira Reid, who had nine digs and four aces. Reid is crushing it when it comes to aces: she's served at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

Walpole's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Bishop Feehan, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Walpole has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Needham on the 11th. As for Bishop Feehan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-2 win against Lincoln-Sudbury on the 12th.
