Basketball Recap: Stagg Comes Up Short

Stagg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 21st straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a hard 57-40 fall against the Lincoln-Way West Warriors. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Chargers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 58-38 last Tuesday.

Stagg's loss dropped their record down to 0-20. As for Lincoln-Way West, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stagg will welcome Bradley-Bourbonnais at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lincoln-Way West, they will be playing at home against Lincoln-Way Central at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
