After losing to Cutter-Morning Star the last time they met, Bismarck decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Lions took down the Eagles 53-37 on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lions.

Bismarck found their leader in sophomore Grace Efird, who dropped a double-double with 36 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Izzy Collins, who posted five points in addition to eight boards and three steals.

Bismarck's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Bismarck will venture away from home to square off against Poyen at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cutter-Morning Star, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 52-36 defeat against Fountain Lake on the 13th.
