Union County entered their tilt with Gaffney on Tuesday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Indians. Surprisingly, this marked the Yellowjackets' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Union County had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-22, 25-15.

Union County's victory bumped their record up to 5-2.

Coincidentally, Union County and Gaffney will both be playing Chesnee the next time they take the court. The Yellowjackets will head out to face the Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Indians will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
