Soccer Game Preview: Tustin vs. Crean Lutheran

The Tustin Tillers will venture away from home to face off against the Crean Lutheran Saints at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Tustin's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for nine straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Tustin's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over Artesia. Tyler Stoney had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Tustin.

Meanwhile, after soaring to seven goals the game before, Crean Lutheran was a bit more limited in their contest on Saturday. They fell just short of Valley Christian by a score of 2-1.

Tustin picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 3-5-1. As for Crean Lutheran, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3-2.
