Baseball Game Preview: Pacheco Panthers vs. Livingston Wolves

For the second straight game, Pacheco will face off against Livingston. The Panthers will take on the Wolves at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Pacheco took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They never let Livingston get on the board and left with a 14-0 win. The match marked the Panthers' most dominant victory of the season.

Tucker Kim was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over five innings pitched. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 1-for-3. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March of 2024.

In other batting news, Aidan Pikas was excellent, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Nathan Rogers, who scored two runs while going 2-for-2.

Pacheco's record is now 6-12. As for Livingston, they moved to 8-11 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
