The biggest upset of the week belonged to Lake Nona, who took down 195th ranked Lake Nona, 9-7. Tre Fieldings in the win.
Eustis was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fourth to first in 5A District 7. The Panthers beat Lake Nona 9-7 earlier in the week.
Anthony Paradiso's team's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. TUCKER ISRAEL threw for 182 yards and RYAN SOUSA had 105 yards receiving. On the ground MICHAEL SANTIAGO chipped in 64 yards. MARC ARISTIDE helped Lake Nona's passing attack out by catching three balls for 29 yards.
ISRAEL has thrown for 755 yards and eight touchdowns this season, while SOUSA has 24 catches for 313 yards. SANTIAGO leads the league in rushing with 400 yards.
Bishop Moore moved up to 136 from 220 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. A 35-0 win over Atlantic helped the Hornets improve their standing.
