Basketball Game Preview: Central Cass Squirrels vs. Northern Cass Jaguars

The Central Cass Squirrels will take on the Northern Cass Jaguars in a holiday battle at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

On Thursday, Central Cass took a blow against Kindred, falling 73-37.

Meanwhile, Northern Cass came up short against Valley City on Thursday, falling 58-34. The Jaguars haven't had much luck with the Hi-Liners recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Northern Cass now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Central Cass, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Central Cass couldn't quite finish off Northern Cass in their previous meeting back in February and fell 54-51. Can the Squirrels avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
