Softball Recap: St. Joseph's - Plaucheville Takes a Loss

St. Joseph's - Plaucheville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They lost 17-0 to the Tioga Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-0 back in February.

St. Joseph's - Plaucheville's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Tioga, their victory bumped their record up to 12-4.

St. Joseph's - Plaucheville has already played their next contest (against Port Barre), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Tioga, they are taking a road trip to square off against West Ouachita at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Tioga's pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so West Ouachita's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
