            Santa Fe is 9-1 against Carrollton since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Saturday. The Santa Fe Chiefs will take on the Carrollton Trojans in a tournament  on Saturday. Both teams are coming into the  contest red-hot, with Santa Fe sitting on  three straight  victories and Carrollton on four.
Santa Fe saw some tournament action  on Thursday. They came out on top against Jamestown by a score of  49-41.

 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Santa Fe to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Emma Michael, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 16  points and nine  boards. Michael is also on a roll when it comes to  steals, as she's  now  grabbed two or more in the last eight games she's  played.  Mia Lark was another key player,  putting up 13 points and four  steals.
 Meanwhile, Carrollton blew past Sweet Springs, posting  a  54-19 win. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight  matches by 23  points or more this season.
 Carrollton pushed their record up to 12-3 with the  victory, which was their fourth straight  on the road. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.8 points per game. As for Santa Fe, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won ten of their last 11 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record  this season.
 Santa Fe didn't have too much breathing room in their  contest against Carrollton  in their previous matchup  back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with  a  39-35 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Santa Fe since the  squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
