Baseball Recap: Linton-Stockton Takes a Loss

Linton-Stockton managed to slip by Sullivan the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Miners lost 6-0 to the Golden Arrows on Friday. The Miners were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Golden Arrows apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Linton-Stockton's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Sullivan, their record is now 3-1.

Coming up, Linton-Stockton will welcome Eastern Greene at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. This will be the Miners' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Sullivan, they will head out on the road to take on Clay City at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
