Volleyball Recap: Preston Takes a Loss

Preston suffered their biggest defeat since September 23rd on Thursday. They came up short against the Jefferson Cougars, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Knights in their meetings with the Cougars: they've now lost three in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-6, 25-20.

Preston's defeat dropped their record down to 16-29-1. As for Jefferson, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-17-3.

Preston has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against University on the 3rd. As for Jefferson, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Morgantown on the 30th.
