Volleyball Recap: Adrian Finds Home Court Redemption Against Jackson

There's no place like home for Adrian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Jackson Vikings on Tuesday. For the Maples, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 win the Vikings walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

While Adrian might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Jackson scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-19, 18-25, 25-21.

The victory got Adrian back to even at 4-4. As for Jackson, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.

Adrian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Zeeland East on the 13th. As for Jackson, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Tecumseh at 7:00 p.m. on the 25th.
