Basketball Game Preview: Sultan Turks vs. Wenatchee Panthers

Sultan is on a three-game streak of home losses, Wenatchee a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change on Friday. The Sultan Turks will host the Wenatchee Panthers at 6:45 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

On Tuesday, Sultan had to suffer through a 61-32 loss at the hands of Cedarcrest.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 75-41, which was the final score in Wenatchee's tilt against Moses Lake on Saturday. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 312th, while the Mavericks are ranked 154th).

Wenatchee's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Sultan, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-17.
