Baseball Recap: Permian Extends Winning Streak to Three

Permian extended their postseason success on Thursday against Keller. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Indians 4-2. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Indians back in March, they had to take a 9-2 loss.

The victory (which was Permian's third in a row) raised their record to 10-14-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Keller, they moved to 24-9 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
