Soccer Recap: Archer Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Harrison, Archer was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They never let the Newton Rams get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. Libby Hutzell was a massive factor in the win as she booted in four goals all by herself.

Archer's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Newton, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-12.

Coincidentally, Archer and Newton will both be playing Grovetown the next time they take the pitch. Archer will host Grovetown at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, while Newton will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
