Softball Recap: Beulah Has No Trouble Against Glenwood

It's playoff time, and Beulah had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Glenwood Gators 7-1 on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Bobcats: when they faced off against the Gators on April 8th, they had to take a 10-9 defeat.

Madyson Snedigar spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on three hits and racked up nine Ks.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Kyleigh Morgan, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Madison Tapley, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with one run.

Beulah's victory bumped their record up to 15-17-1. As for Glenwood, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-20-2.

As of now, neither Beulah nor the Gators have any future games scheduled.
