Cornerstone Christian had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Euclid Panthers. Cornerstone Christian haven't had any issues with Euclid recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Kolsen Keeper and Lenny Curry II scored all three of Cornerstone Christian's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Coming up, Cornerstone Christian will venture away from home to face off against Jefferson Area at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Euclid, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Cleveland Heights at 5:00 p.m. on the 28th.
