Baseball Recap: East Marshall Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

The Mustangs came out on top in a nail-biter against the Vikings on Friday, sneaking past 6-4. The victory was familiar territory for the Mustangs, who have now won four games in a row.

East Marshall's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-9. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.5 runs over those games. As for Vinton-Shellsburg, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-14.
