Gordonsville waltzed into their matchup on Monday with 16 straight wins... but they left with 17. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Siegel Stars a 12-0 shutout. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 games by six runs or more this season.

Gordonsville got a massive performance out of Bailey Stewart, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double. Abby Brinkley was another key player, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with three runs and one RBI.

Gordonsville's victory was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 24-2. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Siegel, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-11-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gordonsville will head out to challenge Smith County at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Siegel, they will venture away from home to square off against Blackman at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
