James Liss was the best running back in Chicago Public - Big Shoulders this week. In 22 carries, he ran for 206 yards as the Eagles topped the Vikings. Teammate Demarcus Heglar added to the ground attack by rushing for 27 yards.
Liss provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Taft bested the Rough Riders. Liss' key target this week was Heglar, who caught 2 passes for 21 yards.
Weathers was the best wideout in the league this week as Schurz beat Amundsen.
The Bulldogs' Ruidias and Weathers have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 5-10 quarterback Ruidias has thrown for 406 yards this season, while Weathers has 9 catches for 319 yards. Matthew Walsh's team's Liss leads the league in rushing yards with 527.
