Volleyball Recap: Snowflake Gets the Win

Snowflake won the last time they faced Mountain Pointe and things went their way on Friday too. The Lobos came out on top against the Pride by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lobos.

Snowflake easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-17.

Bryn Kupfer paced Snowflake's offense, picking up eight kills. Kupfer got some help from Taya Schneider and her nine assists. Schneider also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Lucy Lyman, each putting up two.

Snowflake's record is now 23-8-1. As for Mountain Pointe, they dropped their record down to 4-16 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Snowflake has already played their next matchup, a 1-1 tie against Shadow Ridge on the 4th. As for Mountain Pointe, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Tolleson on the 4th.
