Baseball Recap: Balboa Takes a Loss

Balboa fell victim to Washington and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 16-0 to the Washington Eagles. The Buccaneers haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Balboa's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Washington, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-3.

Coming up, Balboa will host Lincoln at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Washington, they will challenge University at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. University will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Washington surely won't give up without a fight.
