Soccer Recap: Glencoe Comes Up Short

After flying high against Saks last Thursday, Glencoe came back down to earth. The Glencoe Yellowjackets fell just short of the Geraldine Bulldogs by a score of 6-5 on Monday. The loss was the Yellowjackets' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Glencoe fell to 2-1. As for Geraldine, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

While Glencoe had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
