Volleyball Recap: Bay Tech Takes a Loss

Bay Tech and Aspire Richmond Ca. College Preparatory Academy squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Bay Tech had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Grizzlies. Bay Tech just can't catch a break and has now endured four defeats in a row.

While Bay Tech was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Aspire Richmond Ca. College Preparatory Academy's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-5, 25-10, 25-17.

Bay Tech's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Aspire Richmond Ca. College Preparatory Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

Coming up, Bay Tech will head out to take on Leadership Public Schools Richmond at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Aspire Richmond Ca. College Preparatory Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
