Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Toledo Christian). They came out on top against the Ottawa Hills Green Bears by a score of 64-55 on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in January.

When it comes to explaining why Ottawa Hills lost, don't look at Kendell Skiver. Despite the final result, she almost dropped a double-double on 28 points and nine rebounds. The match was Skiver's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Sophia Vanslooten, who posted ten points in addition to five rebounds and three steals.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-4. As for Ottawa Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Toledo Christian will head out to face off against Washtenaw Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ottawa Hills, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Scott at 7:30 p.m.
