Baseball Recap: Pajaro Valley Comes Up Short

Pajaro Valley lost against Watsonville back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Grizzlies lost 11-2 to the Wildcatz. The Grizzlies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brandon Lampon was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.

Pajaro Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Watsonville, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-11 record this season.
