Sanger entered their tilt with Wilcox on Saturday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Chargers.

Sanger's win bumped their record up to 17-5. As for Wilcox, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-5.

Sanger is on the road again on Saturday to play Granite Bay at 9:00 a.m. As for Wilcox, they will face off against Mountain View at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday. The last three games Mountain View has played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
