Cullman won the last time they faced Russellville and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bearcats walked away with a 2-0 win over the Golden Tigers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bearcats.

Cullman didn't let Russellville take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-22.

Cullman's victory bumped their record up to 9-14. As for Russellville, their loss ended a five-match streak of away wins and brought them to 29-9.

Russellville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Danville on the 27th. Hopefully Cullman paid attention to the Golden Tigers' match: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Golden Tigers at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
