Basketball Recap: South Now 7-1 over Last Eight Games

South won the last time they faced Nashoba Regional and things went their way on Tuesday too. The South Colonels came out on top against the Nashoba Regional Wolves by a score of 41-33. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Colonels.

South has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for Nashoba Regional, they moved to 4-1 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South will challenge Sandwich at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. As for Nashoba Regional, they will head out to square off against Algonquin Regional at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
