Volleyball Recap: Calhoun Starts off Right with Win over Oglethorpe County

Calhoun had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Oglethorpe County Patriots on Tuesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-21.

Oglethorpe County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Calhoun didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Oconee County on the 5th. As for Oglethorpe County, they are taking a road trip to face off against Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
