Volleyball Recap: Nazareth Academy Comes Up Short

Nazareth Academy saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hersey Huskies.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-19.

Nazareth Academy has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-19 record this season. As for Hersey, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-9 record this season.

Nazareth Academy will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Von Steuben at 1:00 p.m. As for Hersey, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Maine South at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Hawks will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Huskies surely won't give up without a fight.
