Baseball Recap: TEACH Homeschool Gets the Win

While TEACH Homeschool's win against Norfolk Christian wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Beach Breakers came out on top against the Ambassadors on Thursday by a score of 3-2 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). The Beach Breakers haven't had any issues with the Ambassadors recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Thomas Bianco was excellent, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. Aiden Arbogast was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

TEACH Homeschool's win bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Norfolk Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. TEACH Homeschool will venture away from home to face off against Southampton Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Norfolk Christian, they will head out to challenge Hampton Roads Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
