Football Recap: Brownsboro Takes a Loss + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Brownsboro can now relate to. They were outmatched by the Pleasant Grove Hawks and fell 56-13. Despite 126 more yards than the Hawks, the Bears couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Despite the loss, Brownsboro still got an impressive performance from Gabriel Hendricks, who picked up 115 receiving yards and one score. Hendricks really caught the secondary sleeping when he pulled down a catch that went for 72 yards.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Pleasant Grove to victory, but perhaps none more so than Spencer Browning, who picked up 159 receiving yards and a pair of TDs. Another player making a difference was Colt Yancey, who picked up 152 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

This is the second loss in a row for Brownsboro and nudges their season record down to 2-9. As for Pleasant Grove, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 10-1.

As of now, neither Brownsboro nor the Hawks have any future games scheduled.
