Baseball Recap: Hollins Royals vs. Lakewood Spartans
While Hollins's win against Lakewood wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Royals sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 victory over the Spartans on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Royals, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Kyle Morrill looked comfortable as he pitched 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He is becoming a predictor of Hollins' success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is 2-1 (and 4-11 when he doesn't).
On the hitting side, Hollins' win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Justin Stiles, who scored two runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. That's the most runs Stiles has posted since back in February.
