Baseball Recap: Parma Takes a Loss

Parma lost against Nampa Christian back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Panthers fell 4-1 to the Trojans. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Parma saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ethan Obenchain, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. Jacob Mikelson also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Parma's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Nampa Christian, their win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1-1.

Coming up, Parma will square off against Weiser at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Nampa Christian, they will challenge Cole Valley Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Chargers will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Trojans surely won't give up without a fight.
