Basketball Game Preview: Santa Teresa Saints vs. North Monterey County Condors

The Santa Teresa Saints and the North Monterey County Condors will round out the year against one another at at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Santa Teresa knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven matches -- so hopefully North Monterey County likes a good challenge.

Last Saturday, Santa Teresa strolled past Ann Sobrato with points to spare, taking the game 68-52. Given the Saints' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 395th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 964th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, North Monterey County beat Soledad 55-44 on Thursday.

North Monterey County has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for Santa Teresa, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
