Slidell had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 66-42 margin over the Ferris Yellowjackets. The Greyhounds have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Slidell's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Ferris, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Slidell wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 61-49 victory against Vanguard College Prep on the 22nd. As for Ferris, they will head out to challenge Itasca at 12:15 p.m. on Monday.
