Softball Recap: Redmond Mustangs vs. Eastlake Wolves
Redmond proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by ten) but on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Eastlake Wolves 5-3. For Redmond, this counts as revenge for the 6-2 loss Eastlake walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April.
Ainsley Barcalow was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing seven innings while giving up three earned runs off seven hits. Barcalow was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with an RBI.
In other batting news, Tia Milloy was incredible, scoring four runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3.
