The Royal Comets put the hurt on the Red Raiders with a sharp 14-3 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Royal Comets.

Webster Schroeder's win was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-1. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.7 runs over those games. As for Rush-Henrietta, their win bumped their record up to 10-4.
