Gavin McMillan gave up the fewest hits he has since back in March on Wednesday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over 6.2 innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been consistent: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
