Basketball Recap: Terrebonne Takes a Loss

Terrebonne lost against Bourgeois back in January of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Terrebonne Tigers fell 54-47 to the Bourgeois Braves.

Terrebonne's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 21-12. As for Bourgeois, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a massive bump to their 29-18 record this season.

Terrebonne and Bourgeois should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Louisiana Rankings. Terrebonne (ranked 81st) will meet Thibodaux (ranked 207th) at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Bourgeois will square off against Central Lafourche at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday up 239 places (72 vs. 311).
