Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Christian Brothers). They breezed by the Choctawhatchee Indians to the tune of 80-45 on Saturday. The Purple Wave have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 24 points or more this season.

The victory was the fifth in a row for Christian Brothers, bringing their record for this year to 10-4. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.6 points per game. As for Choctawhatchee, they now have a losing record at 7-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Christian Brothers will take on Lausanne Collegiate at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Choctawhatchee, they will square off against Crestview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
