It was fun while it lasted, but Albuquerque HomeSchool's undefeated season came to an end after five games on Tuesday. They fell 49-40 to Sandia View Academy. The Saints were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Sandia View Academy apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February.

Several Saints players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Sam Westfall, who posted eight points and seven boards. Another player making a difference was Josh Radigan, who put up nine points and eight rebounds.

Having lost for the first time this season, Albuquerque HomeSchool fell to 5-1.

Albuquerque HomeSchool didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 41-21 victory against Varsity Opponent on the 13th. As for Sandia View Academy, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Albuquerque HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. on January 9, 2025.
