Brentwood is 8-1-1 against Independence since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Bruins will host the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Independence took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Brentwood, who comes in off a win.

Brentwood is headed into the game without a loss and will look to keep things rolling. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Nolensville on Tuesday. Brentwood haven't had any issues with Nolensville recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Independence didn't have quite enough to beat Nolensville on Friday and fell 3-2. The loss was Independence's first of the season.

Emmitt Foretich wasn't going to let Nolensville walk away unscathed as he scored both of Independence's goals, bringing his season total up to nine goals.

Brentwood pushed their record up to 6-0-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those five contests. As for Independence, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Brentwood took their victory against Independence in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 4-0 score. Will the Bruins repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
