Berkeley Prep came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Plant Panthers, falling 3-0. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Berkeley Prep couldn't quite close it out.

Berkeley Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3-1. As for Plant, their win bumped their record up to 6-0.

Berkeley Prep has already played their next match, a 4-0 loss against Jesuit on the 25th. As for Plant, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Steinbrenner on the 3rd.
