American Christian School had already won seven in a row and they went ahead and made it eight on Wednesday. They came out on top against Faith Christian by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

American Christian School easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-14.

American Christian School got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Alexandra Rim out in front who had seven assists and four aces. Another player making a difference was Layla Fernandez, who had five kills and two aces.

American Christian School's win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Faith Christian, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Coming up, American Christian School will host Abundant Life Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. Faith Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
