Hackett Catholic Prep extended their winning streak to three on Thursday, bumping their season record up to 15-6 in the process. Everything went their way against the Watervliet Panthers as they made off with a 13-3 win. The Fighting Irish might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by seven runs or more this season.

As for Watervliet, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 16-6. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for they, who until this matchup were averaging four runs allowed.

For Watervliet's part, Ethan Westfall made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
