Basketball Recap: Make It Five in a Row for Reading

Reading won the last time they faced Governor Mifflin and things went their way on Monday too. The Red KNights came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 66-57. Given the Red KNights' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 48th, while the Mustangs are ranked 201st) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The win was the fifth in a row for Reading, bringing their record up to 8-3. As for Governor Mifflin, they moved to 4-5 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Reading will square off against Central York at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Governor Mifflin, they will take on Dallastown at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
