After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lynn Vo-Tech, KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Whittier RVT Wildcats by a score of 3-1. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Panthers as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

While KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Whittier RVT scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-21, 16-25, 25-23.

Xavier Pena paced KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate's offense, picking up 28 kills. Pena got some help from Christopher Pena and his 32 assists. Finally, Jayden Delgado kept KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate's defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.
